Now that Halloween is almost here, are you worried that your property may face more tricks than treats? Make sure you are aware of what is going on in your neighborhood as well as getting protection to keep your residents and property safe. In addition, it is always good to know what the community will be up to and to join in on the fun!
According to The Herald News, there will be tons of frightful fun at two local farms during Halloween:
• Simcock Farm, 361 Marvel St., is offering pumpkin hay rides and a corn maze on Saturday and Sunday. A fright night haunted hayride will be on Friday from 7 to 10 pm. A scary movie will play on Saturday night at 7 and 9:30 pm. Finally, Spooky Sundae will be offered Sunday for young children from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
• Stony Creek Farm, 1210 Wilbur Ave., will offer a haunted hay ride on Friday and Saturday night from 6 to 10 p.m. The Annual Creep Fest will be held on Sunday, October 30th from 2 to 6 pm. Kids can enjoy hay rides, pony rides, a costume parade, games and a bake sale.
At Viveiros Insurance, we hope the local community is looking forward to and not fearing Halloween. As a landlord, we understand there are concerns with rowdy children during this particular night. However, no matter what spooks and scares may come your way, we can protect your investment with our Massachusetts property insurance!
Our insurance will provide you with a financial safety net if something goes wrong with your rental. As a landlord, your homeowners insurance policy does not protect your rental property, which is why it is important to also carry this coverage. You will be protected against risks such as damages to your property, legal counsel and fees, up to 12 months of lost rental income, and more. So have fun this season knowing you can have peace of mind with our Massachusetts property insurance!
